You can drink this smoothie as your meal

Ingredients - 

2 Cups spinach

1/2 Cup Nuts & seeds

1 Cup Oats or almond milk

1 Cup frozen berries

1 Banana

1 Tablespoon flaxseeds

1 Scoop protein powder

Mix all the ingredients together and Grind.

Serve smoothie in glass and add two teaspoons of Honey for some sweetness.
