1 Scoop vanilla protein powder

Ingredients

1 Cup spinach

1/2 Cup frozen berries

1 Banana

1 Cup Oats or almond milk

1 Tsp chia seeds or flaxseed

1/2 Cup Yogurt

Combine all of the ingredients & blend it.
