Lala green smoothie that contain very high nutrition value to help your skin glow

1 cup leafy greens such as spinach, kale, or lettuce

Ingredient

1/2 avocado

1/4 cup pineapple

1/2 banana

1/2 cup cucumber

1/4 cup coconut water

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon ground turmeric

A squeeze of lemon juice

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend it 

Serve in a glass &  Enjoy Immediately!!!
