Papaya Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients -
A cup of
papaya
One kiwi
½ cup figs (three to four if dry figs)
Three spoons of
honey
Half a cup of coconut milk or oat
milk
Two to three tablespoons of
dry fruits
Three spoons of
jaggery powder
Mix all Ingredients & Grind it.
Add Two teaspoons of sabja seeds or basil seeds
Your papaya smoothie is ready to drink.
